Understand what is eating and it's need

I have been privileged to be born in a family where food is the solution to everything in life. When we are happy we eat, when we are sad we eat, when we have to party the choice of the food is very important, when we have demise in the family the food to serve is thought about.

Food is the life and the channel of growth and well being in all our lives. There is no being in this planet who can live without the meal on his plate. Sometimes, we can do without a plate and have the food directly in the form of fruits and vegetables, we eat it raw.

The choice of the foods we eat have been a very strong influence into the health and the lifestyle we maintain. You may be surprised that by just changing your diet you can change your destiny and relieve yourself from the illnesses that were part of your life.

The posts you will read will share the insight for you to take into account the beautiful creation of food and the delicacies that you can indulge in without affecting your health in anyways. No need for exercise or heavy weights, simple walks and easy stretches are more than sufficient to maintain a healthy body. Yoga being the best form of keeping the body in sync with the energies of earth.

When you eat your next bite, try to eat your food without biting or crushing the food with your teeth. Use the saliva in your mouth to dissolve the food and digest it. Notice the time that you take to do this and then have the next bite as you normally would. Notice the food and its process to get dissolved.

You will be surprised at the ease in which you can digest your food, even the crunchiest food will be easily digested without the use of your teeth.

Try this exercise with different types of foods, like meat, vegetables, fruits and cereals. You will get to experience your food in a way you would not have experienced before.
