In our last reading there were scientific evidences we shared for the nutrition received from raw fruits and vegetables. Now we will test the food with our experience.
Each person has a different taste and requirement for his/her body, a standard template will not fit all. That is why, I recommend that we take our dietary requirements individually and understand our body better than a third person.
When you do this, you will realise more than you can imagine the potential of your body and its functionalities. There will be immense pleasure in sharing the time with your body and the life you are living.
For the 3 days cleansing process, we will follow the requirements as follows:
- Start your day by consuming 500ml of water before you brush your teeth.
- Use only raw fruits and vegetables ( preferably organic) for your meals. You do not have a limit on the amount that you can consume. Preferably eat till you cannot eat more.
- Start your day light with water based fruits and green leaves. This can be consumed as a smoothie and easily digested.
- The day can be of any fruits and vegetables of your choices, remember abundance is the key.
You may choose your fruits and vegetables at your likes and make the most of it. After each meal, please wash your mouth with water and swallow it. Do not spit the water out.
The reason for this is, because there is nutrition in all you eat and if it is in the mouth, why throw it out? You have already bitten into the food and have consumed it. You may as well make the most of the last bites available.
The third day will reveal to you the detoxification process and it's results.
During this process, some may have a retaliation by the body. Since we have been abusing it for a long time the body may not be able to take the stress of nutrient foods all at once. In these cases, you will need to extend the detoxification process to 7 days. And start with a meal and then gradually shift out of the regular habits and move to a raw diet for the detoxification process.
For the first 3 days, start your morning with a healthy breakfast of water and a good smoothie. On day 4 add the dinner on raw foods and on day 6 include the lunch as well. This slow process will allow the body to stabilize and move from the toxic wastes in the body to a more relaxed detoxification process to help you stabilize your body and create a space for betterment.
This process has benefited many able bodies and also healed patients with various diseases and illnesses. It can help you when you want to help yourself, the choice is always yours
